It was quite a fruitful Dharma 春游 with fellow Singaporeans...and a few other friends! Trip to the Botanical Gardens on a friday proved to be quite a good choice..hehe..It was our school's Sports Carnival..and so it's HOLIDAY! :) The scenery was captivating (though a little artificial at times...there was a stark contrast between some brightly-coloured flowers and the dull grass and trees. We prepared our own food..had a picnic at an open area! The weather was goooood (spring feels like summer already *_*)...but there was occasional strong winds...that almost blew our food away.. Other than hanging around the Botanical Gardens, we visited 卧佛寺, 梁启超之墓 which was just around the vicinity.
Jiasong's tee was very in-sync with the day's theme huh...NO SCHOOL TODAY! :)
Grandpa Weilie...and his grandchild? Do I look like one...with this look-alike "primary sch purple house tee-shirt?" (It's actually my Korean classmates who designed the faculty tee..sob)
Yellow tulips!!
We were at 曹雪芹故居 (yunz, xinhui, meiying)
Ronghui's Chinese friend who's heading to Hong Kong Uni-- Siting with me! Was she trying to slap me?? 0_0 I love pink flowers!! :D Nice~tulips tulips! :)
Do we seem to be off-balance? Guess what? :)
It's akin to an OBS challenge!!!
Beautifully-sculptured stones and colourful flowers!
It's quite scary to stand under "fat" flowers with the danger of bees swarming by any moment...

It's not that chocolates are a substitute for love. Love is a substitute for chocolate. Chocolate is, let's face it, far more reliable than a man. ~Miranda Ingram
